JES now introduces an inexpensive IDE RAID system with the performance to edit and stream large video files. This eight bay unit was designed with video in mind. Small footprint (2U), 100MHZ RISC RAID controller. 512MB cache RAM and other high speed features. Check out the 1 TB bundle for 4893.00. System can also have a FIBRE channel host as well. This is good for all MAC video systems. Thru-puts of up to 160MB have been realized. Perfect for Avid and Pinnacle systems.
