Chaparral
G6322
Single host
Fast

The Chaparral G6322RAID controller is the fastest RAID on the market at
15,000-19,000
IOs per sec, 180MB level 5 Sustained throughput. This RAID system is designed to be used
with databases, streaming video or any application that needs fast reliable storage. It
attaches to any SCSI host like NT, Novell, UNIX, Linux, MAC or any SCSI host. The SCSI
host just thinks it has a big hard disk. Our NAS RAID and standard SCSI to SCSI systems
use the Chaparral controller.

RAID CONTROLLERS

All RAID controllers featured here are LVD SCSI 160 drive channel and LVD
SCSI 160 or lower host. Each systems will
have two drive channels and can be expanded to 30 drives. All RAID controllers have the
ability to add storage to an array on the fly. Fibre channel host can be added for an
additional cost. Our controller support all level of RAID storage.

G6322
Clustering and Clustering/ Redundant

The Chaparral G6322 used in a clustering or clustering/redundant mode
can deliver the needed redundancy for 99.99999 percent uptime. This
redundancy however does not affect performance. The G6322 used in a
Active/Active mode can sustain 260MB PS throughput using two active
system drives. The G6322 used in either Active/Active or Active /Passive
mode will assure a seamless fail over when two RAID controllers are
bound together. This is truly a system designed for maximum up-time the
essence of RAID theory. |
